Refund Policy

No refunds once shipped
All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after shipment.
Before shipment
If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@bacwaterwholesaleclub.com. We will review the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the affected items. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, carrier claim, account credit, or other resolution is appropriate.
Refused or undeliverable packages
Orders refused by the recipient, returned by the carrier, or delayed because of incorrect shipping information may not be eligible for refund. Additional shipping, handling, or restocking costs may apply when permitted.
Wholesale and custom orders
Custom wholesale, case, pallet, or special-order purchases may be final once confirmed, reserved, packed, or otherwise allocated to the buyer.
